The Campbell test

At seven weeks of life, our puppies are evaluated through a behavioural test, the Campbell test, which allows us to get an objective idea of the character and predispositions of the puppy. This test includes 5 subtests:

  • 1-   Social attraction

  • 2-   Human companionship skills (Following)

  • 3-   Reactions to dominance by coercion (Restraint)

  • 4-   Reactions to social dominance (Social Dominance)

  • 5-   Reactions to elevation dominance (Elevation Dominance)
